Terms and Conditions

Bkwrm provides concept mapping, AI-assisted Learn sessions, Smartcards and learning Insights. Features may change as we improve the service, provided we do not remove paid access without an appropriate remedy required by law.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.

Use Bkwrm to support genuine learning. Do not use it to cheat, impersonate another person, submit generated work contrary to course rules, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe security, scrape the service, evade limits or interfere with other users. Your institution's academic-integrity rules remain your responsibility.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit, back up and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and deliver Bkwrm to you. This licence does not permit advertising or resale and ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups and legal retention.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Bkwrm is a study aid, not an authoritative source, professional adviser or substitute for your course materials. Check important facts and exercise independent judgement. We do not guarantee grades or learning outcomes.

Starter includes five completed Learn sessions each calendar month, unlimited concept maps, automatic Smartcards and one lifetime Insights sample. Pro includes thirty completed Learn sessions each calendar month, ongoing Insights and automatic Smartcards. Reasonable hourly abuse controls also apply. Limits reset at the start of each UTC calendar month.

Pro costs USD 9.99 monthly or USD 79.99 yearly unless the checkout states otherwise. Creem is the merchant of record and handles cards, payment methods, invoices, applicable sales taxes and refunds. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

A scheduled cancellation keeps Pro access until the paid period ends. Failed renewals may retain access during Creem's retry period. Paused, expired or ended subscriptions lose Pro access. Refund availability and processing are handled through Creem, subject to mandatory consumer law.

You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment, using reasonable notice where circumstances permit. Clauses that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

We provide Bkwrm with reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, academic outcomes or loss caused by reliance on AI output.

Our aggregate liability arising from Bkwrm is limited to the amount you paid us through Creem in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or gross negligence where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. South African courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to use another forum. Contact info@usebkwrm.com before filing a claim so we can try to resolve it.

Changes create a new version and may require reacceptance. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
